This project was delivered within a live hospital environment, adjacent to the busy ambulance entrance for the Emergency Dept.

The scope included a new MRI unit and new CT scanner, plus the relocation of an existing CT scanner, whilst maintaining the existing imaging Department operations.

Major upgrades of electrical, fire and HVAC systems within the existing hospital were required.

Clear communication and collaboration were key to delivering this complex project whilst maintaining critical health and infrastructure services.

To achieve this, we collocated our team on site with our client MNH, to drive a strong collaborative relationship which led to project success.
