XBURO is proud to announce our appointment as Project Manager and Superintendent for the delivery of the new multi-storey carpark at Mackay Base Hospital, on behalf of Queensland Health.

Our role will encompass the full lifecycle delivery of the project, including early works, enabling works, pay parking conversion, and construction of the new carpark facility. Acting as Project Managers, Superintendent, Superintendent’s Representative, and providing programming services, our team will ensure time, cost, quality, and scope targets are achieved while maintaining critical hospital operations.

Project governance and Stakeholder Coordination

Sub-consultant management

Program Management and Risk Mitigation

Cost and Budget management

Construction Administration

FFE and ICT integration planning

Compliance with State and Federal construction codes, WHS, and local content obligations
