XBURO provided pro-bono building services engineering designs for this critically important housing project.
The project was developed by the Lady Musgrave Trust and the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) which generates housing for homeless youth.

XBURO has been a Gold Sponsor of PIF since 2021 and were excited to become involved in the project when it was confirmed in 2022.

The design was developed in consultation with the young women who will live in the apartments, this process revealing insights into their needs, both physical and psychological. Foremost among these was actual and sensory protection.

XBURO provided full mechanical, electrical and hydraulic building services designs, along with additional support throughout the construction stage of the project, all spanning a three-year period.
