XBURO provided expert Hydraulic Engineering design services for the reroofing of Blair Lodge - a prominent locally listed 1907 residence.

The original roof had reached the end of its service life following multiple severe weather events, resulting in significant storm damage, roof failures, and ongoing water ingress.

The rainwater system was comprehensively upgraded in line with modern standards with larger gutters, improved flashings, box gutters, and additional downpipes to better support future climate resilience.

Dormer detailing has been refined with new copper cladding and fully waterproofed construction to better protect these highly exposed roof elements.
