XBURO were engaged by Easts FC as the principal consultant, managing the various sub-consultants on behalf of the client. The project scope required the development of a schematic design, suitable for submission to government for funding approval. The design included new changerooms, offices, a community breakout space with canteen, gyms & traffic areas. The project has since seen success in achieving local, state and federal government funding to push ahead.
