XBURO was responsible for the design of all Building Services for this multi award winning redevelopment.

It features a state of the art 25-metre heated water polo pool, with two 50-metre lap lanes along one side, a cutting edge strength and conditioning gym, a physical education centre, a multi purpose basketball and gymnastics hall, and two professional grade tennis courts.

A modern LED lighting design was provided by XBURO which subsequently assisted in the project becoming award winning.
