Ngaire started her career in the finance sector whilst completing her Bachelor of Environmental Science.  Upon completion of her degree, Ngaire commenced working in a boutique environmental consultancy which enabled her to develop experience in environmental, tenure and cultural heritage management. 

 

She furthered this experience by going on to hold the role of Environment and Approvals Manager with a privately owned resource development company.
